Höweler + Yoon is a Boston-based architectural design firm of 25+ employees with an internationally recognized architecture and design studio, founded by Partners Eric Höweler and Meejin Yoon. We are looking for a talented, motivated, and responsible architect(s) with 3-5 years of experience for our office in Boston, MA.
Qualifications:
- Professional degree and 3-5 years of qualified experience
- Architecture license is preferred, but not required
- Experience in coordinating small to large scale building projects
- Experience in preparing and developing drawing sets at all phases
- Excellent design and graphic skills, with the ability to participate in the conceptualization and design of complex projects from the pre-design through construction documents phases
- Advanced digital modeling & rendering skills
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage deadlines, and ability to be flexible
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and management skills with clients, consultants, HYA leadership, and the design team
- Proficiency in projects with Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Suite
- Strong work ethics, being proactive, and self motivation is essential
